100 Magnificent Muffins and Scones	Felicity Barnum-Bobb.				Wonderful book - haven't found a duff recipe yet. I'm presently licking the sticky lemon syrup off my lips from the luxury lemon muffins …. mmmmm. Just a warning - it's best to enjoy the Mar Bar muffin (pictured on the front cover) before checking the nutritional info chart at the back of the book - the calorie content is truly scary.

Has loads of really good recipes including Elderflower Dressing and Spinach and Coconut soup. It's also got a couple of very good recipes for Chorizo and Salami.
