Chocolate Cake

200g dark chocolate
200g butter
200g sugar
4 eggs
tbsp flour
Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a bowl over a pan of boiling water (that's the refined version; I nuked 'em in the microwave, being a patient sort). Allow to cool slightly, then add the eggs, stirring them in quickly as a sort of jelly-like texture forms. Finally, sling in the flour, whack it all in an eight-inch cake tin and into the oven it goes, at about 180°C for about half an hour. It looks sort of cracked on top when done; don't be put off by this - the cracked bit is deliciously chewy. Yum.
