Chocolate Pots
From the forum:
1/2 pint single cream
7oz Green and blacks mayan gold chocolate, broken into pieces
2 large egg yolks
3 tblsp brandy or milk (if booze free)
3/4 oz butter
heat cream until nearly boiling, remove from heat, add chocolate
stir until smooth, add egg yolks and brandy - keep stirring
Allow to cool slightly before adding butter.
Pour into serving pots (espresso cups or something the same size)
