From columbusrat on the forum:
I have just discovered heaven, courtesy of Jamie Oliver:
Make up a quantity of bread dough (I did mine in the breadmaker, with 500g flour).
Roll/pound into a rectangle very approx 7'' by 13'' (I'm guessing here - Jamie said roll it out to 1/4'' thick but there was no way mine was going to cooperate - it was too boingy!)
Spread with about 4oz soft butter (sorry about mixing metric and imperial), and sprinkle over 5-6oz grated/pulverised chocolate.
Roll up like a swiss roll lengthwise, and cut into 1'' slices. Lay them on their sides on a baking sheet & cook at 200c for 20 mins.
I sprinkled a bit of sugar on mine before baking for good measure. A milk glaze may also be worth trying, as would using enriched dough. Sorry about the calories though!
